Wikis are very very easy to use.  If you can type in a word-processor, you can use a wiki!

Here's an example of a wiki created by several teachers to collect and share their resources for a school-wide Poetry unit.

 

Here's an example of a wiki created for students studying Egypt.

 

Here's the BC UDL Project Wiki, the Student Technology Toolbelt, and the BC Curriculum Wiki I'm currently working on.  Wikis are one of the most useful tools I've discovered for collecting and sharing information.  Much better than email!!
